Team Manager- Locality Team
Cheshire West and Chester Council is looking for a Team Manager to cover the Ellesmere Port and Chester Locality Team.
This is a Locum Social Work role.
The ideal Team Manger will have experience working in managing new referrals into the team and guarantee appropriate and timely responses.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to communicate positively and effectively with Team Managers and co-workers and to proactively improve the productivity of the teams

Your responsibilities as an Interim Team Manager:
Issuing of work and tasks to Duty Social Workers
Sec 47 investigations and Strategy Meetings
Close liaison with the other Locality Team Managers and Senior Manager
Provide additional support to the Child in Need Team Managers within the two localities
Requirements of you as an Interim Team Manager:
A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
A valid Social Work England registration
Have competent knowledge and experience of Frontline work
A minimum of a years experience in a management role
Location: Chester, Cheshire
Umbrella pay rate: £42.00 per hour
