Accurately take measurements and specifications from building plans and tender documents, to form quotation documents Prepare quotations for our customers working with Quantity Surveyors and the Technical department to ensure the proposed products are fit for purpose and quotation commercial competitive Attend pre-order and pre-start meetings to set out guidelines of working for secured projects Manage ongoing projects, keeping up to date with drawing revisions and changes through the length of the project

Training:

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard:

Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English to be taken if an equivalent grade is not held

Employer Description:
Portico GB is a leading supplier and installer of windows, doors and conservatories to the new build industry supplying windows, doors and fitted wardrobes. We have a proven track record through 30 years of service to our clients in this dynamic area of the construction industry. This role will be based at our Head Office in Woolpit near to Bury St Edmunds. We employ around 50 people, some of whom have worked for the Company for many years.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday either 8.30 to 4.30 or 9.00 to 5.00, Friday being from 8.30 to 4:00 with 30 for lunch.
