As a Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice, you'll develop into the core components of this thriving industry.   Key Tasks

Working within a 4PL Control Tower this role involves customer and supplier liaison Proactive customer service Attention to detail Data entry and review Compliance Irregularity handling and escalation where needed Adhering to SOPs and meeting internal and external KPIs Excel skills ideal but not essential Purchase invoice auditing and processing Customer invoice production

Training and Qualifications gained :

Level 3 Standard certification in Business Administration Functional Skills in Maths and English if required

Training:
Level 3 Standard certification in Business Administration qualification Functional Skills in maths and English if required Training schedule has yet to be agreed. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. Details will be made available at a later date.
