Early Years Educator Apprentice
To foster an environment where children's social and emotional development will flourish
To assist with the planning, organisation and maintain a learning environment appropriate to the developmental needs and interests of children
To work as part of a team of providers of early years education and development sharing responsibilities where necessary.
To encourage children to be independent in personal skills in feeding, changing and toileting supporting them where necessary
To be responsible by agreement for particular indoor and outdoor learning areas and activities, and to plan, prepare and display appropriate materials
Training:
This Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship is expected to last a period of around 14-18-months. You will attend live tutor led sessions 2-days every month (1-day every other week which will be via Zoom) and participate in online interactive learning via our bespoke innovative platform OLLIE. Your Tutor will also visit you in the workplace for 1-2-1 Tutor sessions during the programme.
Training will include paediatric first aid qualification.
Training Outcome:
After successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity of employment.
There may also be the opportunity to progress onto our Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday. The role is all year round with paid holiday entitlement and you'll have the opportunity to work across our Kells & Whitehaven nurseries to gain wider experience. Working hours TBC
