Level 3 Engineering Technician - Mechatronics Apprenticeship
Attend all relevant training and complete required course work
Gain hands-on engineering experience working alongside and under the supervision
Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge in line with the apprenticeship program
Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of engineering systems and equipment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation
Prepare and present reports using comms on maintenance tasks, project progress and outcomes
Training:
Our Level 3 apprenticeships take 3 years to complete, plus 3 months End Point Assessment (EPA). You’ll attend block release off-the-job training in 2-4 week blocks at the training centre in Coventry , spending the rest of your time with your employer Weetabix Ltd.

Working Hours :
Days for the first two years, then go onto shifts on year 3 (to be confirmed).
