Information Communication Technician Apprentice

• Remote and on-site provisioning of Cloud Telephony systems
• Providing remote and on-site support to existing client
• Good I.T. skills including Word, Excel, & Microsoft packages.
• Produces accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals
• Attend and contribute to staff monthly meetings and Monthly Performance Reviews to enable effective delivery of performance targets and problem solving
• To undertake personal development and training commensurate with the responsibilities of the job.

Training:
Level 3 Information Communication Technician (ICT) Day Release one day per week Newcastle office, Stamp Exchange, Westgate Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1SA 

Training Outcome:
There are career progression opportunities that may become available upon completion of the programme.
