Pipefitter Apprentice
Typical industrial process pipe is under high pressure, which requires metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel and many different alloy metals fused together through precise cutting, threading, bending and welding, and through this apprenticeship you will develop the skills and knowledge to perform these tasks.
Training:
The apprenticeship follows a 3 year programme, with the first year spent off the job at CATCH in Stallingborough. This would be Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 16.00.
The remainder of the apprenticeship is then completed onsite with the employer.
Training Outcome:
Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a higher-level apprenticeship or full-time employment for the right candidate.
You will have developed a variety of interchangeable skills and have an in depth understanding of manufacturing and processes.
