Utilising recruitment tools to find the right person for the role including the use of CV library, Total Jobs, Linked IN etc.

Using a Boolean searching to find the right candidate for the role.

Compare CVs to the job description.

Reviewing applications.

Speaking with applicants about their CV and experience.

Checking right to work.

Responding to queries over the phone, in person and via email.

Working to deadlines.

Other general administration duties as required.

Training:

On the job training at Be More Effective.
Taught sessions with New College Swindon.
Knowledge, skills and behaviours as set out in the apprenticeship standard.

Training Outcome:

Permanent Role as Recruitment Administrator upon successful completion of apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday – Friday. Start between 7:00am and 8am Finish between 4:00pm and 5:00pm
