Engineering Technician Apprentice Level 3 - Production Engineer
Rotating through all of manufacturing and support departments within Operations
You will get a great understanding the importance of complying with statutory, quality, organisational and Health and Safety regulations
Learning effective communication and interpersonal skills
Open and honest communicator, communicating clearly using appropriate methods, listening to others and have a positive and respectful attitude
Conducting planned preventative maintenance on the full range of equipment across the site and supporting continuous improvement across all aspects of the business
Training:
Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1-day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.
The apprentice will be required to complete:
Work towards gaining a full qualification Employment Rights and Responsibilities Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours Standard and End Point Assessment Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job roleTraining Outcome:
From Production Apprentice leading to Production Engineer.
