How you will make a difference

Helping manage the Complaints and SAR inboxes Assisting with reviewing correspondence and making sure it's linked to the correct files, with clear next steps Supporting the maintenance of Data Protection Logs, including tracking access or deletion requests Assisting with acknowledging subject access requests and preparing responses, including gathering relevant letters and emails Helping prepare responses to data deletion and restriction requests Acknowledging complaints and sending holding responses where needed Updating records and outcomes of complaints in our Case Management System Assisting with the upkeep of department records, including the Complaints Log, SAR Log, and other data rights logs

Training:

As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will complete the following qualifications as part of your Apprenticeship:

Level 3 Business Administrator Standard Apprenticeship
Level 2 Functional Skills maths and English (if not already achieved)

You will also develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to work within an office environment. This apprenticeship is delivered in the workplace and 20% of your working time will be dedicated towards training and learning new skills. You will be allocated a tutor who will provide you with personal support and assessment at pre-arranged times.

Assessment is through a variety of methods including observations in the workplace, witness testimonies, product evidence and professional discussions. All evidence will be logged to your electronic portfolio.



Training Outcome:

Great prospects for progression to a full-time position for the right candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Your working week of 36 hours, 8.30am – 4pm, Monday to Friday, will comprise of 30 hours practical work experience and 6 hours per week is allocated for dedicated study time to support your qualification.
