Apprentice - Air Conditioning

As an Apprentice at Mitie, you'll be at the heart of what we do, making a real impact from day one. Here's a glimpse of what your journey could include:

Learning the essential skills and tools of the trade to maintain and repair AC/HVAC systems. Maintaining existing building AC/HVAC services carrying out routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs. Working alongside your mentor to gain real world experience on our client sites. Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards, making safety and sustainability a priority in every task.
No two days will be the same, and you'll gain experience while contributing to real-world projects.

Training:

As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Refrigeration Air and Conditioning and Heat Pump Engineering Technician- qualification which normally runs for 36 months. You will be fully supported by our partnered college to achieve this qualification by attending college 1-day per week, having 1-2-1 advice and support, e-learning materials, and a whole team of experts on hand for advice and technical knowledge at your office.
