Building Society Administrative and Customer Service Consultant Apprentice

Client requests processing Behind the scenes admin Product reviews and amendments Fulfilling servicing requests from clients Building conversations with clients in order to spot opportunities to support them with Financial or Mortgage adviser referrals and growing our business

Ideal candidate with have their own ability to get to and from the business location, via public transport or otherwise.



Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 6 of your weekly working hours will be spent training or studying, with 1 day per month college leasons or virtual masterclasses. 



Training Outcome:
Progression to full-time employment or progression to a higher level apprenticeship/further training, or adviser role. 

Employer Description:
We are a local Financial and Mortgage Advising company, that also have a network of Yorkshire Building Society Agencies.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30, and every other Saturday (08:30 to 12:00). Time off in lieu will be given for Saturdays worked. 35 hours a week.
