Apprentice Manufacturing Operative

We require Trainee Manufacturing Operatives who are self-motivated, have good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills. The job will be a hands-on role, based on one of the Product Lines or Cells within the Production Department at Milton Keynes. The successful applicant will develop into a top-class practical Manufacturing Operative with expert knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic assembly of the Niftylift product range.

Engineering Operative Apprenticeship Standard. Company Training Plan & Assessment. EAL Level 2 Certificate in Engineering Operations Knowledge 6033194X
EAL Level 2 Diploma in engineering operations - 60332207 Level 1 Functional Skills - Maths (Attempt Level 2) (If required) Level 1 Functional Skills - English (Attempt Level 2) (If required) End Point Assessment at the end of the apprenticeship

Training Outcome:
For those people who wish to progress their career and qualifications further, and have the necessary drive, enthusiasm and ability, there may be further potential opportunities following successful merit / distinction level completion of this programme, including: Progression to the Level 3 Engineering Apprenticeship – Trainee Manufacturing Technician (Production / Service / Prototype Build) program.
