Apprentice Heavy Vehicle Technician
Follow all relevant Company, Health and Safety & Quality procedures and processes
Mobile Plant Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine servicing, inspections, and repairs on mobile plant, heavy vehicles and associated trailers, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and industry standards
Diagnostic Procedures: Utilize diagnostic equipment and logical problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and efficient workshop environment.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with internal customers, providing clear explanations of work carried out and any additional requirements
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal obligations
Training:
Block release at Stafford College ST16 2QR throughout the duration of your apprenticeship. Travel and accommodation will be covered by the Aggregate Industries.
