Business Administration Apprentice

Main Tasks:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors Answer and direct telephone calls and messages Maintain daily post records Type from dictation Filing, copying, scanning & faxing Create new files, complete company specific documentation Record and maintain organisation statistics

Training:

You will receive the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. All training will be undertaken at Oldham College one day a week.



Training Outcome:

If appropriate, there are potential progression opportunities within the company.



Employer Description:
We are a long-established firm with two offices in and around the North West of England. We have one office in Rochdale based on South Parade and another office in Bury. Many of our team have been with us for years due to the excellent progression routes we offer. Our ability to provide a constant level of excellent service in conveyancing, commercial property and corporate services, private client and court of protection, family matters such as divorce or child arrangements and litigation matters means many of our clients come back to us time and time again.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
