Leading a safety culture and ensuring compliance with documentation and quality control processes Ensuring projects comply with regulatory requirements Developing and maintaining technical knowledge Providing specialist technical input and leadership Planning, organising, and managing resources to meet project outcomes Leading control system engineering projects to schedule performance, and budget Developing effective working relationships with stakeholders Leading problem-solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring project documentation meets compliance and traceability requirements Producing technical reports and documentation Sharing good practices and collaborating on technology solutions

Training Outcome:
Subject to a good training record, this role will lead to a full time position as an engineer
