Business Administration Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the organisation and administration of learning programmes and events Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner Support the maintenance of accurate records, reports, and data Contribute to the development of new initiatives to improve service delivery Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Learning Services team and wider Council departmentsWhat We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to learnYou don’t need prior experience in business administration, but the following skills and attributes are essential:
Excellent IT skills, including a basic working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Good customer service and communication skills Ability to manage your time effectively and work well under pressure A natural willingness to take initiative and solve problemsMinimum Entry Requirements:
GCSEs in English and mathematics at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) Apprentices without Level 2 qualifications in English and maths will need to achieve these prior to the end-point assessmentTraining:
Working pattern is 5 days a week, which includes 1 day dedicated to your apprenticeship Work and training is a mixture of hybrid working between the office and home, including virtual sessions
Training Outcome:
Upon completion of their apprenticeship, the candidate may have the opportunity to progress onto a permanent position with the organisation

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday. Flexi-time working between 8.00am - 5.30pm.
