Apprentice Construction Quantity Surveyor

Conduct cost estimates and prepare budgets for construction projects Analyse project plans and specifications to determine the quantities of materials needed Collaborate with project managers, architects and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and make recommendations for cost savings Prepare and submit progress reports, payment applications and final accounts Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers Provide guidance on contractual matters to project teams Conduct site visits to assess progress and identify any potential issues

Training:
Online learning including guided discussions and workshops Independent learning On-site training by our Qualified Quantity Surveyors

Training Outcome:
Quantity Surveyor Level 6 Degree
