Apprentice Electrical Design Engineer - Leeds

Produce civil and structural construction drawings, details and calculations as per the project requirements Learn to use specific software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Masterseries, TEDDs, etc. to carry out your role Deliver the best value design solutions with the support of the engineering and design team Support the design lead and project teams in all aspects of design work Learn to undertake the technical review process and identify potential issues and solutions Communicate and build relationships with operational and project teams Understand the cost of projects and play your part in managing the design costs Understand the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015), building regulations and legislation to ensure the design of a project meets legal compliance

Training:
You will train at one of the top performing colleges or training providers in the country Block release at college You will regularly attend in house training and development as part of the programme

Training Outcome:
Once qualified there is the potential of a permanent position within the company. If you successful gain a permanent position there are many opportunities to advance your career

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, working hours are 7.00am - 5.00pm, shift dependent on the project.
