Administrator Apprentice
The roles is a great introduction to administration work, with the added benefit of being in an industry that exists to help and support people.
The team that the person will join is responsible for the smooth running of our neurodevelopmental service, delivering autism and ADHD assessments for children and adults.
A range of tasks will be allocated to the administrator and these will include, but are not limited to:
Uploading information to our database
Using Google Drive to create shared folders
Making telephone calls to the client
Booking appointments
Sending and responding to emails and enquiries
Training:
Business administrator Level 3 (A level) All training will take place in the work place with no college release day Assessor will visit the workplace every 4-6 weeks and set work online for the learner to complete
Training Outcome:
Permenant role in the admin and coordination team

We have developed a multi-disciplinary service with over fifty practitioners who have been carefully chosen for their qualifications and areas of expertise to provide a high level of clinical care.
Working Hours :
37hrs. Normal business hours but needs to be flexible to suit the needs of the business. Shifts to be confirmed.
