Apprentice Business Administrator (Auctioneer)
Communicating over the telephone with customers, clients and colleagues.
Managing email inboxes.
Use excellent customer service continuously.
Organise and report data.
Use of spreadsheets.
Managing in-house computer systems.
Filing, scanning and archiving documents.
Answering incoming calls to the office.
Data entry
Use of bespoke software.
Any other admin duties as requested.
Training:
Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
End Point Assessment.
Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.
Training Outcome:
For the right person there is the chance to secure full time employment and the opportunity to progress on to higher level qualifications.
