Configuration, maintenance and repair of systems faults Support for the roll-out of installation and commission of new systems or upgrades Continual improvement, business continuity and resilience Customer Service and support Security and Legislation; Digital security Data management Digital Information Management Systems Operation Business and decision-making skills

During this two-year apprenticeship, you will specialise in first-line event and alert management within our 24x7 Incident Operations function. This role offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in various technology and process disciplines, including IT Incident, Problem and Change Management, Windows, Cloud platforms, Mainframe, and more.
