Business Administration Apprentice Required

Assist with data entry of timesheets and processing payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments for temporary workers Ensure clients receive accurate invoices each week Chase overdue invoices and assist in managing cash flow Confirm candidate hours with weekly timesheet emails to clients. Input correct shift details into the company CRM system Support the compliance lead in maintaining up-to-date files for temporary workers Ensure all relevant checks for temporary workers are completed and compliant Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations

Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours within Business Administration

Training Outcome:
Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent role with opportunities for career growth and specialisation within the company
