Multi Skilled Engineering Apprenticeship

Developing/showcasing engineering skills across a range of key comptencies, these include electrical, mechanical, automation, fabrication and C.I.

Daily activities include:

Planned maintenance Reactive manaintance H&S related improvements Using C.I Tools Cross departmental meetings Cost saving/ OEE Improvement projects Supporting coaching and upskilling on non engineering team members Record keeping - BRC compliance

Training:
The learner will be studying the Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification. Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held.

Training Outcome:
Engineering shift lead, C.I, Engineering management, are some of the positions that may lead on upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Employer Description:
Mizkan is a producer of bottled food productions, such as branston, lloyd grossman, sharwoods etc The company takes the raw materials of each product, turning this into sellable produce, packaging and distributing across the world.

Working Hours :
8.00am - 4.00pm, Monday - Thursday. 8.00am - 3.00pm, Friday.
