Lead Adult care Worker Level 3 apprentice
Administer medication safely and accurately
Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities
Complete and maintain care plans and documentation
Support residents’ emotional and social well-being
Mentor and train junior staff to uphold best practices
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
Training:
Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
Apprentice will consist of on the job training in house, supported by Acacia training, the training provider
Training Outcome:
Permanent position within the company

This Information Book aims to provide you with all the background information in respect of the care that you will receive at Old Hastings House, together with information about the services offered within the home.
Working Hours :
Normally a 2 or 4 week rota to include every other weekend. Shifts to be confirmed.
