Advanced Technical Engineering Apprenticeship

Practice Health & Safety measures required to work safely on Roche instrumentation in the laboratory environment Perform routine maintenance procedures on systems across the Roche portfolio, as guided by checklist Perform troubleshooting techniques to identify and correct issues that may be encountered on instrumentation Ensure that all relevant documentation is completed accurately and in a timely fashion, in relation to all service activities undertaken. Ensure that all stock and spare parts are handled in alignment with local and global procedures Assist Regional Customer Support Centre with handling remote support requests Assist with the installation and commissioning of Laboratory automation and testing equipment

Training:
Maintenance Operations Engineering Technician Level 3  Day release - one day per week Advanced Technology Centre Olive Grove

Training Outcome:

Transition in to a full-time employed Field service engineering role, on satisfactory completion of the apprenticeship.
