Engineering Apprentice

During your 3-4 years as a Zeiss Apprentice, you will gain comprehensive experience in various different departments such as:

The Production Department The Product Design Team The Process Engineering Team The Applications Team The Quality Team

You will use the experience gained alongside studying at West Suffolk College to cement your manufacturing knowledge to a high level. We will support and guide you along your journey and allowing you the exposure with tasks which is required to complete your Apprenticeship. This is fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for engineering and manufacturing



Training:
The learner will be studying the Engineering Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held

Training Outcome:

Once you have completed your apprenticeship and if you secure a first role with us through applying for relevant vacancies, it is our policy to develop our employees further and to give them the opportunity to progress in the business. We must be clear that there is no guarantee of a permanent role at the end of your apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, between 8.00am and 4:15pm. Friday, 8.00am and 3:45pm.
