Apprentice Mechanic - Large Goods Vehicle (LGV)
To undertake general workshop duties and assist with the full range of repairs and maintenance to the council's heavy and light vehicles, small sweepers, and equipment at Stoke-on-Trent City Council
This is a training role within a designated area where the apprentice will work alongside colleagues to undertake a range of supervised duties (direct and indirect supervision)
To collect parts from the stores for the technician and yourself and to act on instruction from the Technician you are working with
Training:
Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician Level 3.
Training Outcome:
Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
