Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship

Bluebell is a private family run nursery, based in an old church building just opposite Penny Lane, established in 1990. They were awarded outstanding by Ofsted at their last inspection.
As a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprentice you initially will move between baby, toddler and pre-school rooms receiving a variety of training,
Eventually you will be given Key Children and responsibilities including:

Planning activities Risk assessments Toileting Feeding Changing nappies Playing games

Training:

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Bluebell Studios will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day. You will be working towards the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes: Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Qualification Functional skills in maths and English if required This will be delivered through Bluebell Studios' dedicated training provider, Realise.

Training Outcome:

To progress onto a Level 3 Early years Educator.

Working Hours :
37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, shifts to be confirmed at offer stage.
