Landscape Apprentice
Duties will include (but will not be limited to):
Assist the supervisor with getting the right materials Using basic hand tools Learning about levels in gardensTraining:
Level 2 Landscape Construction qualification - College Merrist Wood 1-day per week and 4 days per week on various client sites We also put you on a CSCS course - this is done in 1-day in Tilford Functional skills English if necessary
You will also gain the following mandatory qualifications:
(Core) Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (Ofqual registered) minimum 1-day course (Horticulture Operative) Lantra Awards Level 2 Award in Safe Use of Pesticides OR City and Guilds Level 2 Principles of Safe Handling and Application of Pesticides (Horticulture Operative) Lantra Awards Level 2 Award in the Safe Application of Pesticide Using Handheld Equipment OR City and Guilds Level 2 Award in the Safe Application of Pesticides Using Pedestrian Handheld EquipmentTraining Outcome:
We expect the apprentice to carry on their career within the company and go on to do their digger or dumper ticket and supervisor qualification if they wish too.
You would be able to choose what area of expertise you like the most to learn more about and gain more qualifications.

We like to also enter our projects in for awards and have been selected on various occasions for our great work. The commercial projects we work on range from hospitals, schools, supermarkets, care homes and many more.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm
