Using the telephone to answer incoming support calls Hands on repairing hardware Resolving issues in office 365 Providing support remotely Configuring new devices and processing new starter requests Involvement in password resets and anti-virus configuration Networking installation and monitoring Laptop and computer repairs and upgrades

Training:
The apprentice will train on an online platform delivered by our specialised trainers
