Engineering Fitter - Level 3 Apprentice - Ilford

Carry out Mechanical and Electrical Modifications on Existing Rolling Stock Carry out Assembling, Validating and Verifying of Components Carry out Electrical Testing and Verification Carry out Riveting, Bonding, Sealing, Torque Tightening, Crimping Carry out New Mechanical and Electrical Installations on Existing Rolling Stock Carry out Product Sale Preparation Carry out Vehicle Movements Operation of Plant Equipment including Fork Trucks and Cranes Understand and Execute EHS and Quality Requirements

Training:
Level 3 Engineering Fitter standard which includes knowledge and competency qualification. You will complete the Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Mandatory and role specific training will take place at the depot Job specific training Location will be Ilford depot Training will be block release at college 

Training Outcome:
Apprentices will be progressed, subject to a business need, into their first role with Alstom after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
