Level 2 Vehicle Production Apprentice - Rolls-Royce Motor Cars
Our technical assembly apprentices learn all aspects of car assembly and gain a wide understanding of the business. The two years spent in the apprenticeship gives you all the knowledge, skills and support required to move into a role as an experienced associate.
Technical assembly is the ideal starting point for anyone who wants to become a multi-skilled technician. You need to be someone with lots of questions about how things work and have the confidence to seek out the answers.
Training:
Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:
You will spend 2 days per week at Chichester College: one day is spent studying ‘Lean Manufacturing Theory’ and one day learning practical skills When not in college, you will be on plant shadowing colleagues and developing your technical assembly knowledge. This is a very practical apprenticeship where you will gain lots of hands-on experience and encouraged to be an active member within a skilled team At end of the apprenticeship, you will gain a EAL Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing (knowledge and skills)Training Outcome:
