Apprentice Groundworker

Throughout your apprenticeship you will carry out all aspects of groundwork, including but not limited to;

Excavation and trenching. Installation of drainage systems. Laying foundations and concrete work.  Kerbing, paving, and landscaping. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.  Work collaboratively with the site team to meet project deadlines.  Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.  Report any issues or delays promptly to the site supervisor.

Training:
Candidates will attend Derwentside College for block release. 

Training Outcome:
There is potential for progression to become a employee for the right candidate.

Working Hours :
39 hours per week. Monday to Thursday, 08:00am - 4:30pm. Friday, 08:00am - 4.00pm.
