Business Admin Apprentice
Communicating by phone with customers and suppliers
Respond to incoming e-mails and calls in a timely and appropriate manner
Maintaining customer database with new contacts or amendments
Creating quotations for customers
Liaise with customers to ensure the appropriate response to queries and complaints and escalate as necessary
Sending samples out on time, by various couriers
General administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Sales and Order Progress teams
Liaise with production team as required to request or pass on information
Ensure that recordkeeping and paperwork is accurate, up to date and filed appropriately
To be aware of health and safety requirements and other requirements relating to care of goods and equipment
Carry out any other reasonable request by management
Training:
Level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship standard, which includes:
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) End-Point Assessment (EPA) Minimum of 20% off the job trainingTraining Outcome:
Potentially full-time employment.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm daily with 1-hour unpaid break for lunch.
