Apprentice Chef NVQ level 2
Prepare and cook ingredients to a high standard Maintain high levels of service by being efficient and thorough
Ensure high levels of health and hygiene including:
Keeping work areas clean and tidy Avoiding cross contamination Minimum wastageTo follow all policies and procedures are followed as required by the head chef
Training:
You will be working towards a level 2 NVQ as a Commis chef As a part of your training, you will attend cooking academies and meet with your assessor on site to further your learning At the end of your training, you will be assessed through an end point assessment
Training Outcome:
It is hoped that you will progress within the company and further training is an option with us

Working Hours :
You will be required to work Thursday to Sunday. Weekends and evenings are essential. Shifts to be confirmed.
