Training:
The apprenticeship follows a 3 year programme, with the first year spent off the job at CATCH in Stallingborough. This would be Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm.
The remainder of the apprenticeship is then completed onsite with the employer.
Training Outcome:
Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a higher-level apprenticeship or full-time employment for the right candidate.
You will have developed a variety of interchangeable skills and have an in depth understanding of manufacturing and processes.

Working Hours :
Standard week is a 38 hour week. Under 18’s will only be allowed to work a 38 hour week. When 18 years old, it will be expected to work overtime, 12 hour shifts during shutdowns, weekends etc. when needed.
