Medical Receptionist Apprentice Business Administrator

This role will include (but not be limited to) :

Liaising with patients on the telephone and the front reception desk Actioning clinical tasks Workflow incoming mail Processing repeat prescriptions Assist the GPs whilst they are processing patient online triage requests Ensuring you are aware and up to date with changes to local services that are available to patients Associated admin work within the surgery

Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard End-Point Assessment (EPA) How training will be delivered is to be confirmed

Training Outcome:
Progression following completion of the apprenticeship into full-time post

Employer Description:
The Grove Medical Group is a large GP practice in Gosforth with approximately 13000 patients . We are looking to employ a Patient Care Navigator for 37 hours to help provide support to our patients and clinicians. Working Days will be Monday to Friday and hours will be between our opening times of 8am to 6.30pm.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm, shifts to be confirmed.
