With major planned capex investment at their Aldridge factory, our client is now seeking to appoint x 2 Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join their team.

Base Salary with shift premium at £46,800 plus bonus circa £2/3k per annum, taking typical standard earning to circa £50k per annum, plus overtime also paid at a premium creating an incredible opportunity to enhance earnings

Position Overview of Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
The role will be working as part of the Maintenance Team providing ‘Hands-on’ Mechanical & Electrical Technical support to both Production and other internal functions throughout the Factory.
Providing plant wide mechanical and electrical maintenance service, departmental support and repairs on a wide range of machinery
Within the position as a Multi skilled engineer you will have the opportunity to be involved with a wide of range of maintenance operations and projects, which will be supported with a wide range of training opportunities, including accredited training programs.
Experience and Qualification Required:
Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship & Qualification or equivalent level 3 qualification – NVQ, City and Guilds etc – Mechanical and/or Electrical
Motor, Drive, Pneumatic, hydraulics, and/or welding skills would be a distinct advantage
The ability to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment undertaking PPM and TPM activities
High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
Ability to fault find, repair and provide solutions to electrical and mechanical machinery problems.
