About the Role:
CBW Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join a well-established client in Rochester. This role involves the manufacture, installation, and repair of doors, with a focus on ensuring reactive repairs and exceptional service. Experience with automatic doors is a bonus, but don’t worry—full training will be provided if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Service, repair, and maintain industrial doors and loading baysInstall new doors and shutters at client sitesConduct reactive repairs in a timely and professional mannerProvide excellent customer service while working on-siteParticipate in an on-call rota, with occasional out-of-hours work requiredRequirements:

Previous experience in industrial door and loading bay maintenance (reactive repairs, service, and installation)Experience with automatic doors is preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull UK Drivers licenceWhat’s on Offer:
