A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced General Manager to join the team, leading the operations across a stunning London venue. This is a unique site with a big hospitality and events function and so we are seeking a senior leader with a real passion for food and service.

To build a high performing team by managing and motivating staffManage and develop the food and beverage to deliver a high-quality operationAccountable for all financial controls, budgets, and reports          Continually reviewing and implementing processes to drive improved productivityEnsuring all health and safety requirements are metFocus on guest satisfaction delivering 5 star service and product

Skills & Experience:

Proven track record in operational management from a venue backgroundExperience working within a food led businessFinancial management and commercially drivenStrong leadership styleGreat communication skillsExcellent understanding of health and safety and compliance
