Children's Team Leader

Location: Dunstable
Salary: £39,000 per annum
Shifts: Mixed shift patterns, including admin duties

My client is a leading provider of high-quality children's services, dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for young people. They are looking for a passionate and experienced Children’s Team Leader to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care. You will work a combination of shifts and administrative duties, providing leadership and guidance to a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities: Leading and supporting a team to deliver outstanding care and activities Ensuring all policies and safeguarding procedures are followed Managing staff rotas, training, and development Maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasks Creating a positive and inclusive environment for children and young people Requirements: Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within children's services Strong knowledge of safeguarding and care regulations Excellent communication and organisational skills A passion for working with children and making a positive impact
