This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of matters. These roles are available due to expansion and they are looking for both Secretaries and Paralegals of all areas to join the team. Key Responsibilities: - Providing secretarial and administrative support, or Paralegal support, to fee earners. - Drafting legal documents and correspondence. - Liaising with clients, third parties, and court officials - Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling client queries - Supporting file management and ensuring compliance with legal procedures Requirements: - Previous experience in an law firm (either as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal) for 1 year or more is essential - Strong administrative and organisational skills - Excellent communication and client care abilities - Proficiency in legal case management systems and MS Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team This firm offers a friendly and professional working environment.
