An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a high-volume, fresh food venue with a newly renovated kitchen in Chapel Brampton, Northampton. This is a fantastic role for a skilled Sous Chef or a Head Chef from a smaller venue looking to step up into a larger operation.
As a Sous Chef you will:
Support the Head Chef in managing a busy, fresh food kitchen.Maintain high standards in food quality, prep, and service.Oversee kitchen efficiency, stock control, and waste management.Train and mentor, the team to ensure smooth daily operations.Work straight and split shifts in a fast-paced environment.Key Requirements:
Fresh food experience in a high-volume setting.Ability to drive preferred due to location.Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.Passion for delivering quality food and service.Key Benefits:
