An incredible opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a high-end Brasserie restaurant as it undergoes an exciting transformation. Lead a team of 15, deliver exceptional fine dining, and contribute to menu development in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.
As a Sous Chef you will:
Support the Head Chef in daily operations, ensuring top-tier food quality.Oversee kitchen efficiency, portion control, and waste management.Train and mentor, the team, fostering a high-performing kitchen culture.Collaborate on seasonal, ingredient-driven menus.Maintain strict health, safety, and allergen standards.Key Requirements:
2+ years experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in fine dining or brasserie settings.Strong leadership, creativity, and attention to detail.Culinary qualifications (NVQ, diploma, or equivalent) preferred.Key Benefits:
