About the Role

Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be working within a collaborative team on various matters including:

Landlord and tenant Development Sales and acquisitions Leases Woodlands Agricultural Property Telecoms

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to really establish themselves in a well-regarded legal practice and build up their own, loyal network.

Hours and benefits

Working hours 37 per week – 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm Friday Starting with 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays Healthcare with Westfield Health from day 1 Life cover (after 2 years’ service) Nest pension scheme On-site parking

The candidate

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant PQE, can work well within a close-knit team and can work well under pressure
