Apprentice Contracts Manager
We are seeking a proactive and driven Apprentice Contracts Manager to join our team at Blue Chip PFP Ltd, specialising in Passive Fire Protection services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in Contract Management: Support the Contracts Manager in overseeing and managing contracts for various fire protection projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal standards Project Coordination: Assist project teams in planning, scheduling, and executing projects Ensure all relevant documentation is kept up to date and accessible Client Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Help address contractual queries and facilitate effective communication Cost and Budget Control: Work alongside the Quantity Surveying team to assist in budget management, tracking costs, and ensuring financial accuracy across projects Risk Management: Support in identifying potential risks in projects and assist in developing strategies to mitigate these risks Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations in line with Blue Chip’s policies Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all project-related communications, meetings, and agreements, ensuring proper documentation at all stagesTraining:
Construction Site Supervisor Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard:
(Higher national certificate) Attending Sheffield college (City Campus) 1 day a week, Studying an HNC in Construction for 2 years and working towards an End Point Assessment in year 3Assessment:
