Sourcing prospective candidates Maintaining a database, updating and cleansing the system Checking candidate references and ensuring everything is compliant on our system Registering and recruiting suitable candidates Gaining the right to work and references Telephone screening prospective candidates Checking candidate references and ensuring compliance Confirming appointments and interviews Answering the phone Making phone calls to check availability Data inputting

Training:
Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard End Point Assessment Math's and English functional skills if required which will be delivered via online training sessions for 1 hour per week

8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday.
