Apprentice Procurement

Procurement Support: Assist in the procurement process, including obtaining quotes, evaluating supplier options, and processing purchase orders. Support supplier negotiations to achieve cost savings and quality improvements.

Supplier & Contract Management: Maintain and update procurement records and supplier databases. Assist in contract management and supplier performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

Market Research & Cost Analysis: Research market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Support in the preparation of procurement reports and spend analysis to aid decision-making.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal departments to understand procurement needs and provide effective support. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Process Improvement & Compliance: Ensure procurement processes align with best practices and industry regulations. Participate in audits and reviews to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Training & Development: Engage in training programs to develop expertise in procurement and supply chain management. Stay updated with industry trends, procurement techniques, and regulatory changes.
