Customer Service Apprentice
This is an office-based role, with daily tasks such as:
Answering incoming phone calls Taking orders over the phone from customers Helping to resolve customer issues Help support other teams: purchasing, quality control Conversations with suppliers, distributors & potential customersTraining:
In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 2 Customer Service qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the business's processes and procedures Our training is all completed remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7 and will arrange weekly/fortnightly meetings with you You receive 20% off-the-job training during this apprenticeship, which is included in your weekly working hours

Xline Systems designs, manufactures and supplies commercial cleaning equipment for window cleaning, pressure washing and solar cleaning to the UK and worldwide market.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5pm, with 30 minutes lunch break.
